Introduction

Let me tell you a little bit about myself before we move any further.

My name is Cynthia, I am 25 (soon-to-be 26) years young. I am a stay-at-home mother (for now) with two beautiful daughters (3 & 1  1/2 yrs). I also have two other kids Chowder (Yorkie) and Tinkerbell (cat) and yes they are my kids too lol.

Growing up I’ve always wanted to be so many things in life, however life had a different plan for me. I think it’s funny how we make plans only to find ourselves some where completely different 10 years down the road. I’m sure for some people their plans do come out perfectly and congratulations to you. Not everyone has that experience though. A lot of times things happen around us that force us to go another route and then sometimes our own personal decisions we make (usually on a whim) lead us to the outcome we experience later on in life.

No matter what has happened in my life or where my life has taken me, writing has always been a big part of it. Writing has always been my best friend, my adviser, writing is what has kept me sane and what has helped me see my situations through a new set of eyes. Writing gives me joy, I enjoy writing something and then looking back at it and loving what I’ve made. Whether it’s good or bad writing represents healing, growth, life and so much more in my eyes.

I may not be the best of the best but I know that the only way to get better is through practice, making mistakes and then learning how to fix them. I am truly ecstatic for this ‘coming-out-blog’, if you will. I look forward to meeting new and interesting and encouraging people and hopefully inspiring a few as well.

xoxo

(FYI: When I first started writing this post it was a bit longer and just overall much better but my computer shut down without notice and my work didn’t get saved.. This is why I don’t trust technology so much and why I prefer my journals over free writing on the computer. Just so you know lol)
